We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions, hair care products, and hair tools. Please choose carefully. If you are unsure about selecting the right color, you can email us photos of your hair, and we will assist you in choosing the best match. Email us at info.arthairextension.com.au.

Standard Shipping within Australia: Estimated delivery time – 3-5 business days Up to 5 kg – $25

Express Shipping within Australia: Estimated delivery time – 1-3 business days Up to 5 kg – $35

Please allow 24 hours for the dispatch of all orders. However, we strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. For Express shipping, we will make every effort to dispatch the same day for orders received before 12 pm.

While we take all precautions to pack orders, we are not responsible for any damages or delivery delays caused by Australia Post.
